I am just going to put some info here as I have been receving some
feedback from people that don't seem to know how this works.
First, this tool is to help you get your stats easily to use for
DPSSim
only! The numbers that you see here will NOT necessarily match what you have on
your character sheet. The ones on your character sheet have all the multipliers
from talents and other things.
For example, you might have 26 Expertise in your character sheet but here shows
22. No, that is not a bug. That is because you have 2/2 Strength of Arms talent.
Same goes for AP, your character sheet might say you have 4,500 but here says
only 500. That's because the AP you see on your sheet is the sum of the AP
from gear + (your strength with multipliers from talents * 2) + (char.
level * 3) - 20.
The values here are the ones that you need to use for DPSSim. DPSSim will do the
calculations for you and the final results on DPSSim should match those on your
chracter sheet in-game, assuming you have same buffs in-game and in DPSSim.
NOTE: This feature is now built-into DPSSim under
Options panel.
